How can i return/exchange my products?

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 30 days of the merchandise delivery date.

To be eligible for a return , the item must be unused and in the same conditions that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging!


To request a return authorization number (RAN), sign into your account on the website, select the items to return and the desired type of return. You will receive an email from GOLDMUD.COM with your RAN number and instructions for the return shipment. The shipment of return package will be the client’s responsibility as well as all consequent costs.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
