DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

 HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE ON GOLDMUD.COM?

Shopping at GOLDMUD is easy:

  • Use the shop’s hyperlinks to select product category,
  • You can filter or sort the collection by category, colour or size,
  • Once you have selected an item, choose your size and quantity, and click on "SHOP NOW",
  • Click on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT"to complete your order. 

 

 

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

  • If you have forgotten your password, follow the “Forgot your password?” instructions on the 'Sign in' page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPT?

We try to find the major payments services for you. 

  • Goldmud accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Visa Electron and HiPay.
  • HiPay accepts most of worldwide payments types, inclusive PaySafeCard and Bank Service Payments. 
  • Some cards may require authorisation from the issuing bank.

 

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Order Status',
  • If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

 

 

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

  • If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 30 days of the merchandise delivery date,
  • To be eligible for a return , the item must be unused and in the same conditions that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging,
  • To request a return authorization number (RAN), sign into your account on the website, select the items to return and the desired type of return. You will receive an email from GOLDMUD.COM with your RAN number and instructions for the return shipment. The shipment of return package will be the client’s responsibility as well as all consequent costs,
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund,
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
